How to face a period of hardship thanks to ancient texts and the teaching of traditional yoga.

The Bhagavad-Gîtâ is an ancient and sacred text which gives solutions.

This text of the Indian tradition is accessible to everyone, close to us.

We will see some examples.

In our time, which vividly reveals the impasse into which a partial and incomplete conception of existence has forced us, we are also fortunate to have access to the old devotional wisdom of India, thanks to masters like Sri TK Shribhashyam and Sri T. Krishnamacharya, who offer us tools of great finesse and certain effectiveness to reconnect, both philosophically and practically, with the question of “meaning”.

It is this thread of light that we propose to release during this day, centered on devotion and on the Bhagavad-Gîtâ, where will alternate theory et convenient. Sri TK Sribhashyam (1940-2017), our Master and Teacher, was descended from a family of Ayurveda philosophers and physicians from generation to generation. From an early age, his father, Sri T. Krishnamacharya transmitted to him, according to family tradition, the Indian philosophy and Ayurveda.

Equipment to bringSoft clothes and something to write. You can bring your yoga mat. Carpets are however available on site, but they are not anti-slip.
