Journée de yoga en hommage à Sri T.K. Sribhashyam et T . Krishnamacharya

This day of yoga is offered in tribute to Sri TK Sribhashyama and T. Krishnamacharya.

We will practice ASANA, PRANAYAMA with a transmission of philosophy.

Free day on simple registration.

Dear Yogakshemam-Switzerland members and people interested in our activities,we invite you to aYOGA DAY in tribute to Sri TK Sribhashyam and his father Sri T. Krishnamacharya.

It is open to all and you are welcome.

About the event

The morning will be divided into two parts:

from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.:Home et reminder of the biography and philosophical values of Sri TK Sribhashyam (by François Ott), and of T. Krishnamacharya (by Brigitte Hool) will be followed by a transmission on PRANYAMA and their effects ( by François Ott and Denis Battais)

$11:00-11:30 tea break

11:30 - 12:30  musical tribute with singing bowl (by Marc Antoine Zufferey) followed by a PRANAYAMA practice (by François Ott). There will be a part of transmission in theory and in practice, so plan comfortable clothes, something to write on as well as a carpet. The afternoon will be devoted to a practical session and a deepening of the themes tackled during the morning.

From 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.  break for free meal

From 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM Philosophy (by Isabelle de Montmollin) followed by a musical improvisation (by Marc Antoine Zufferey)

15:00  Practical session (by François Ott)

We will conclude with un convivial moment around a tea  for those who wish to stay a little longer.

The day will be hosted by François Ott, Denis Battais, Isabelle de Montmollin and Brigitte Hool.

Interludes in music by Marc Antoine Zufferey.
